I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with its great location overlooking the Christmas markets in the Old Town Square. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable with all the amenities I needed, but noise from the kitchen and nightclub was a downside. The service was excellent, especially thanks to Gregorz who guided us and the well-trained staff. The hotel's central location in the main square was unbeatable, offering easy access to attractions and restaurants.
